DePaul's Department of Geography is the largest and most comprehensive in the city of Chicago. As a Geography major, you will be introduced to and have the opportunity to specialize in a range of subject areas including urban and cultural analysis, political geography and issues of sustainability, conservation and development.
As a student in Geography you can achieve membership in the national Geography Honors society, Gamma Theta Upsilon, compete for one of two travel scholarships to attend the Association of American Geographers national conference, and obtain your GIS Certificate in one of Chicago's best known and well-established geotechnology programs.
