This year the Chicago Cervantes Symposium is hosted by the Instituto Cervantes and sponsored by The Cervantes Society of America, The Newberry Center for Renaissance Studies and DePaul University.

The Annual Chicago Cervantes Symposium currently alternates between the Newberry Library and the Instituto Cervantes of Chicago. From 2001 to 20120 the symposium met annually at the Newberry Library.
