The Department of Philosophy offers coursework leading to a Doctor of Philosophy, Master of Arts, or Bachelor of Arts degrees in Philosophy. Some of the areas of research within Philosophy include history of philosophy, feminist theory, critical race theory, phenomenology & hermeneutics, contemporary french thought, social & political thought, and ethics.
