Medical Anthropology (Minor)

​​Medical Anthropology is the study of how health and illness are shaped, experienced, and understood in light of global, historical, and political forces. This area of specialization crosses two subfields in the discipline of Anthropology – Biological and Cultural Anthropology. This minor is especially appropriate for Heath Science students.

Course Requirements

Students majoring in Anthropology (BA) or minoring in Anthropology are restricted from earning this minor.​​​
