We will be meeting with Patrick O'Connor, Principal of Sterling Bay (an investment, development and construction company), who will give us an insider's tour of the building, followed-by a discussion about the Fulton neighborhood the redevelopment and LEED processes, and why Google chose this neighborhood.
You can either meet at the lobby of the building that houses the Chaddick Institute (243 S. Wabash) at 5:15 p.m. and we can all take the green line over to the development. Or meet our group in the lobby at 1000 W. Fulton at 5:45 p.m. Email us to register.

This evening reception will feature a fast-moving program exploring Midway’s development, including a look back at the 1960s with Howard Putnam, former CEO of Southwest Airlines, who started his career at Midway. We’ll introduce key figures in the airport’s evolution, as well as several “pilot historians” who have spent much of their careers documenting the airport’s significant past.
