LAS Advising Services (Undergraduate)

            LAS Undergraduate Academic Advising

The LAS academic advisors are available for appointments. The appointment type (via Zoom, phone, or face-to-face) will be offered at the advisor’s discretion. You may find your advisor’s name by selecting the Academic Progress option in Campus Connect, via OneDePaul, or see below for the list by major.

Please email LASAdvising@depaul.edu or call (773) 325-7310 for any additional questions or concerns.

LAS Advising Services provides holistic advising services for students who are declared majors in LAS. We help with planning coursework, switching majors, choosing a minor, outlining study abroad and internship options, and transition to graduate and professional school. Our advisors use OneDePaul to schedule appointments. For information on scheduling a OneDePaul appointment, see the OneDePaul Scheduling Guide.

Office staff monitor students' academic progress, update their electronic academic records, and conduct graduation audits. Students are encouraged to utilize online LAS Advising Services' resources to clarify administrative policy and to initiate special academic requests (see Forms). "Drop-in" remote advising is available, via Zoom or by phone, the first week and the registration week of every quarter.

We also collaborate closely with the Office for Academic Advising Support (OAAS), which provides similar services to LAS students who have not yet declared majors. If you are an undeclared student in LAS, please contact OAAS.
