Job and Salary Information

The NASW Center for Workforce Studies provides useful job and salary information to current and prospective social work students.

Career Center

The Career Center is the University’s primary job-search resource for students and alumni, providing access to:
  • Advising
  • Job Postings and Networking Events
  • Help with Interview and resume preparation

Each advisor has a page dedicated to their areas of focus. Gina Anselmo (Career Center Assistant Director, and Career Specialist for the School of Education) has created a resource called "In My Back Pocket" which is a downloadable document of resources for those entering the counseling fields. This is a link to that PDF.

While the entire Career Center site can be utilized for all areas of career development, the following sections may be of particular help to MSW grads and soon-to-be alums: - ASK Network for Networking and Mentorship - General Resume and Interviewing Practice (Interview Stream toward the bottom is a great resource) - (To access the Career Center's online DePaul Experience job bank for external positions)
