Justin Subovitz Master of Public Policy, School of Public Service JSUBOVIT@depaul.edu |
My name is Justin Subovitz, and I am currently pursuing my master’s in public policy here at DePaul. I graduated from Iowa State University with a Community and Regional Planning degree in the spring of 2023. Some of my academic, research, and professional interests include urban planning, economic development, public transportation, local government, urban design, and public policy. I look forward to developing diverse skills to elevate the quality of my educational and professional work. For one, I would like to enhance my analytical skills by learning techniques to conduct research and compile data. Furthermore, I hope to effectively bridge my planning background with my public policy interests. Lastly, I plan to build lifelong connections with faculty and peers interested in similar topics to me. An interesting tidbit about me is my passion for music. I have played the trombone for most of my life.

Kelby Bosma Master of Masters of Public Administration, School of Public Service KBOSMA@depaul.edu |
My name is Kelby Bosma, and I am pursuing a master's in Public Administration at the DePaul School of Public Service. I graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. in sociology with minors in Peace Studies and Poverty Studies. At Notre Dame I completed a senior thesis on attitudes towards housing projects in South Bend, IN. I have carried this passion for affordable housing and have spent the last two years as an Outreach Case Manager in Washington, DC. As a fellow I hope to get involved in combining research and practice in urban communities. Some things that bring me joy are a good book, great conversation, and a good latte.
