Financial Aid

At DePaul, there's a wide variety of scholarships available to students to help lower the cost of education.

Students in need of financial assistance are highly encouraged to complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as soon as possible.

The College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences awards a handful of annual scholarships ranging from $500 to $3000 to students in mid-October. Check this site for more information on scholarship application and eligibility requirements. 


Each year DePaul awards more than $28 million in scholarships. These scholarships are awarded for academic excellence, strong leadership, service to community, and artistic talent.

The Steans Center regularly offers various service opportunities and scholarships. The scholarships offered include: the Community Service Scholarship, the Richard J. Meister Scholarship,and the John E. Brennan Memorial Endowed Award.


Featured scholarships are national scholarships that are endorsed by DePaul University. Some of these well-known and prestigious scholarships include: Boren, Carnegie, Fulbright, Marshall/Mitchell, Rhodes, and Truman.
