Christopher Martinuzzi

Dr. Martinuzzi received a Postdoctoral fellowship from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2018, and a second Postdoc. from the University of Florence, Italy in 2021. In this capacity he worked on Anabaptist martyrologies collaborating in the creation of a digital library on religious sacrifice - SacriFiles.unibo.it. His research focuses primarily on religious tolerance and religiously motivated violence in early modern Europe, in particular Anabaptism and the figure of Thomas Müntzer.
