The Islamic World Studies program draws its faculty from the departments of Geography and GIS, History, History of Art and Architecture, International Studies, Philosophy, Political Science, Religious Studies, and Women’s and Gender Studies. This combination of disciplines and areas of expertise produces a rich curriculum that is steeped in the humanities and the social sciences.
