Pass/Fail or Audit Forms

Students with at least Sophomore standing who wish to take a course either pass/fail or audit must receive approval from their departmental advisors or the LAS Undergraduate College Office.

Pass/Fail or Audit requests may take approximately three weeks to process. Requests submitted during registration may experience a delay in processing. Please plan accordingly.
