As AI technologies continue to evolve, they presen
t new opportunities and challenges in the realm of world language teaching and learning. This symposium aims to explore the transformative impact of artificial intelligence on world language education. We are interested in exploring the integration of AI in language instruction via the adoption of existing AI tools or development of adaptive learning tools and the implications for learner engagement and assessment. All world language educators and researchers are welcome to showcase your work and contribute to the dialogue on how we can leverage AI technologies to enhance world language learning and teaching experiences. We look forward to innovative ideas as we explore and shape the future of world language teaching in the age of AI.
