Jessica Bueltmann - Regional Grants Officer at Rotary International

Jessica Bueltmann graduated from the University of Iowa with
a Bachelors in Chinese Language and Literature followed by her International
Public Service (MS) in 2009. Since
completing her degree at DePaul, Jessica has worked at The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International. Jessica is
currently a Regional Grants Officer for Europe and Africa where she manages
grant applications for several countries in Eastern Africa and Eastern
Europe.
