Prof. Ken Rose joined the School of Public Service in 2016 as a Part-Time Lecturer and became an Associate Teaching Professor in 2018. Many students know Prof. Rose from his Economic Foundations of Public Service and Policy Implementation courses. He has an extensive academic and professional background in energy and regulatory economics, has published several book chapters, and has written multiple articles and reports. He is also a Senior Fellow with the Institute of Public Utilities at Michigan State University. Prof. Rose earned his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
