SPS faculty—field experts and thought leaders. Our interdisciplinary faculty includes 9 full-time faculty and 20 adjunct instructors. Many are international in their education and experience, and they hold JD, MPA, MBA, and/or PhD degrees in public policy, urban planning, public administration, economics, political science, anthropology, and higher education leadership.
SPS students gain critical, real-life insight. Our faculty's diversity of thought—unmatched by other public service programs—and ongoing research, creates a richness of perspective that makes our curriculum fresh and relevant. Aside from teaching, researching and consulting, DePaul faculty appreciate the opportunity to mentor and coach their students. They, too, like knowing they make a difference.
