Rachel M. Gregoire

Rachel M. Gregoire has over 10 years of experience working in various sectors as a leader in professional development. She has used her program management and marketing expertise to lead and contribute to projects within diversity, equity and inclusion, career management and​ related areas.

Her work has consistently resulted in increased organizational revenue, expanded distance-learning resources, improved client satisfaction and decreased attrition. In her most recent role as the career management expert at American College of Healthcare Leaders she contributed to three consecutive record breaking years of revenue generation and member engagement.

Rachel also prioritizes actively serving her community. In addition to teaching the diversity and inclusion senior seminar at her alma mater, DePaul University, she has presented to thousands of professionals (from undergraduate students to the senior executives) across the nation as a coach, professor and thought-leader.

In her spare time, Rachel and her husband, Chris, run their social enterprise Fam Foolery, Inc., where they use card games to promote inclusion, self-care and relationship building with emerging leaders.

In recognition of her accomplishments, Rachel has been invited to be a guest on WVON Radio, a contributor to Healthcare Executive magazine, and was presented with the American Society of Association Executives and Association Forum’s 40 Under 40 award.
