The MS-IPS program is designed for young and mid-level career professionals and students with a background in development studies, international studies, foreign languages, sociology, anthropology, political science, public policy or other general and specialized undergraduate majors relevant to a career in international development and global policy analysis.
The reviews of the applications carefully consider the candidate’s academic background, career perspectives, international experience and interests, language capacity and other professional experiences.

Students educated outside of the United States where English is not the official native language must present evidence of English proficiency. A minimum TOEFL score of 96 (ibt), or a minimum 7.5 on the IELTS, or a 125 on the Duolingo may be submitted for this requirement.
International students (those who were educated outside of the U.S. and/or require an F1 visa) must take additional steps to be considered for admission. Please visit the International Admission page for exact information.
